You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
